Being Ready For A VacationBy Jim Brown A perfect beach holiday this summer is not only with your family and good friends. Also having a great weather and staying in a beautiful place and being prepared for any occasion. Being prepared is packing the right beach gear, created own list and what to pack like the item that is necessary. This summer we went to a beach, I manage to pull from my bag anything they might have forgotten to pack or have an emergency need. As mothers I make it a point that every thing is inside our bags especially what my children needs. But for my own bag, here are the things that never are out of my list. 1) Sarong for my body and flip flops for my feet. You simply can't be at the beach without them. Sarong can be worn as a skirt over a bikini. You can use it also as a blanket to sit on at the beach. 2) A shawl to tie up on my shoulder when I feel cold or a towel if you don't have one. I bring at least 2 of them. 3) Shorts 4) Beach towels 5) Summer dress, skirts or denims. Aside from packing the right sized beach bag, that is one that can fit a towel, extra beach clothes, magazine and a good novel for the moment you don't want to the newspaper, it is also important that a small packing bag or backpack that contains all the essentials needed to wander in the beach be also prepared. Sometimes you may want to stretch your legs and decide to take a walk down the beach. At times like these, you always have to be prepared. From my experience the essentials for this occasion bag are SPF30 sunscreen, hat that can be folded and stored inside the bag, sunglasses, a mosquito repellent, tissues, hand fan to cool off when there's no wind, a pen and a small pad I can use to jot down anything from phone numbers to names of places to go. Getting sick on a vacation is a disappointment, it is not easy to hunt for local medicines outside. Having an emergency medical kit is always a good idea, and it should contain cures to all extremes of human nature. I make sure that all of these items are inside my emergency kit. You cannot tell if something happens so it is better to be always ready especially if your kids are with you. Summer is really fun at the beach. This is the time to relax, unwind and forget about the problems and leave all your worries behind. But make it sure that before you go to a summer holiday, all the important things are packed in your bag.
